Canadian Mortgage Strategies & Investments is a full service mortgage brokerage firm and a leader in debt financing through our long standing relationships with the major pension funds, life insurance companies, conduits, and chartered banks across the country. CMSI was initially established in 2003 in Toronto, Canada. The success of the Company was immediate. Expansion to Vancouver, British Columbia followed shortly thereafter when CMSI's Western Canada operations merged with Bancwest Pacific forming CMSI Pacific. The Company continued to grow and expand, most recently into Edmonton, Alberta with CMSI Alberta Inc.

Through our network of associates in Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver, we originate term and construction loans on properties of all types including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and seniors' developments. This national representation allows CMSI to serve its clients and investors on both a national and local basis. As an independently owned, national organization, CMSI is able to search the entire mortgage community without bias or prejudice for the best financing solutions for its clients and investors. CMSI are experts in arranging numerous types of financing solutions - from permanent financing to construction loans and mezzanine debt. CMSI has successfully placed financing in a variety of forms in all sectors of the real estate market.
